Background

The People's Insurance Group of China Southern Information Center is the only production center of PICC. It has been operating for more than eight years since it was officially put into use in 2011. With the rapid development of business in recent years, sub-companies have increasingly demanded computing and storage resources. At present, the power resource allocation of the computer room is close to saturation, and it is becoming a bottleneck for racking and deploying computing and storage devices, which cannot meet the needs of business development for device deployment. At the same time, as the Group's requirements for integration and digital work become higher and higher, the level of refinement in the management of computer rooms also needs to continue to increase.
