Clever powerflex data center track busbar is an integrated power solutions for data centers: IDC-Busbar Trunking system + Intelligent Rack Power Distribution + Network security and Anti-Hacker system can ensure the power safety in data center which is built to your needs.
IP42 rating, seamless protection for enhanced safety.
End feed AC/DC isolation layout design, reducing electrical failure risks.
Quick copper bar coupling with no drilling nor screwing.
"Mechanical first, electrical second" TOB installation approach to ensure personal safety.
Lightweight straight section design, convenient and easier for installation.
Patented TOB auto-hook enabling tool-free and quick installation.
Direct upwards TOB insertion, no rotation nor adjusting required.
Lifting brackets can be placed at any point and are freely adjustable.
Flat shape design in end feed, straights and TOB, saving space at the top of the cabinet.
The A/B busbar configuration provides a horizontal clearance of 450mm and a vertical clearance of 500mm, freeing up more space for other systems.
Hot-swap power meters ensure extended availability.
Built-in 4 points temperature monitoring at end feed, connection and TOB.
End feed – TOB automatic communication address distribution.
The Busbar straight unit is widely used in the distribution system and it provides flexible power distribution solutions for a variety of applications where change and adaptation are important. The Busbar consists of extruded aluminum housing, copper conductors, insulation parts and joint connection.
The end Power Feed Box connects a power source to distributed power throughout the Busbar system. It can monitor the power data including voltage, current, frequency, apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor, power consumption, load percentage, breaker On/Off state, temperature and etc. The voltage, current, power consumption and temperature of the main circuits can be displayed on the LCD screen as well. The power feed box can support either Ethernet or Serial communication. Through SNMP or Modbus-RTU protocol, the monitored power parameters and alarm notifications can be uploaded to the Main Control Box or DCIM platform in data center.
The intelligent Main Control Box (a centralized monitoring unit) can monitor the real-time power data of Power Feed Boxes and Tap-off Boxes. Like the Power Feed Box, the NET port and Modbus RTU are also available with Main Control Box, which can support multiple communication mode and protocols. Through these communication ports, the monitored power parameters and alarm notifications can be uploaded to the DCIM platform in data center.
The Tap-off box is one of the core components in the busbar system. It is modular designed, plug-and-play and tool-less mounting supported. The Tap-off boxes consist of enclosure, connector, monitoring module, communication module, circuit breakers and outlets.
